Hello. I am sorry if this doesn’t follow rules because it is low quality or anything like that. I appreciate this forum and operating system.
I updated my tumbleweed system on 11/8. That update made internet connections happen slow. It might take 10-60 seconds to make a connection (to WiFi, or a kill switch). I did a snapper rollback to before the update (update 09/02/24).
I did another update to 11/14, and it was still happening, so I did another rollback.
Without the rollback, Protonvpn couldn’t make a connection because it kept timing out. This is all anecdotal, and sorry for not getting any logs. Did this happen to anyone, or know if this is a problem that might be fixed?
Not sure if this matters, but I’m running a laptop with an intel Cannon Lake PHC CNVi WiFi chip, and iwlwifi kernel driver (info from 9/2 rollback). I don’t think Bluetooth connections took any longer, but I cant remember. I can try updating next week to maybe check again, or get logs.
Thank you for your time
