net working to slow

does anyone speak german? It’s easy to me to understand the answers!
I installed Suse linux 11.0 as a download version on my notebook.It works succesfully, but the internet connection is to slow. The notebook has inbuild a wireless card, the connection to the router is very good, but sides in firefox appears very very slow. What can I do?? How do I install programs? Before Linux, I was a Windows user. Thanks for help

    Yast, Network Devices, Network Settings, Global Options: Disable “Enable IPV6” and reboot.
    Tut mir leid, ich hab keine deutsche Suseinstallation hier, aber ich denke, Du findest das auch so.
