I just installed OpenSUSE 11.1 on my somewhat ancient Compaq Armada E500 laptop (850 Mhz PIII, 30 GB HD, 316 MB RAM) and everything is running smoothly so far except I can’t get the system to recognize my Linksys Wireless G network PCMCIA network adapter. Any advice, insights, sources for drivers, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

try reading the first stickie; make sure you type all the commands that are recommended into a terminal, and post those back;
