Need help to install restricted codecs [12.1]

I’m having trouble installing these codecs. I followed instructions here (Multi-media and Restricted Format Installation Guide), did switch to Packman versions but clementine, kaffeine,… still complaint missing plugins and didn’t play anything.

As 12.1 is not still released, you should be asking in the Beta forum.

if you query or search in Yast sw mgr are all the packages listed in step 3 actually installed?

:P, i don’t know why but all things are normal now, the only problem is Radio Tray can’t play channels that use wma, aac+ (it said gstreamer missing plugin).

@caf4926: sorry, didn’t notice that it was Packman factory. This is my first openSuse installation, and I made stupid mistakes like that:(. I change it back to normal Packman, downgrade these packages but there are still some problems. Clementine still refuses to play some wma files, Radio Tray couldn’t play radio channels that use wma, aac+ (they said gstreamer is missing plugin but kaffeine can play fine).
One workaround is to convert these wma to mp3 but I don’t know what to do to make Radio Tray work.

But those I have work fine. But I use Amarok

Yes, I followed your guide. I have ~ 80 wma, and already converted them to mp3 using foobar. I use radio tray a lot so this is frustrating…

Can you go to the same said radio channel in a web browser? And play the same tune that you are having trouble with.

I 'm using 12.1 too. may be i should wait for GM release, the problems will be fixed then?
edit: don’t use their player on the web, test these pls playlist instead

I do have the advantage of already having the 12.1 Final (GM) but that shouldn’t matter IMO
