Do i need to remove the drivers and remove the card?

Removing the card should be all that is required, assuming you have onboard integrated graphics.

In case it wasn’t clear from deano_ferrari’s reply, make sure your CPU has integrated graphics. Even if your motherboard has an HDMI port, it will only work if your CPU has an iGPU.
I did something similar a while back & I seem to remember when I took the power off of the Nvidia TW complained about it being unplugged on rebooting. I think I then had to uninstall it on the software side as you suggest- sorry I can’t remember exactly how or what I had to do. That Graphics card is only a couple of years old maybe - do you really want to stop using or is it playing up or do you have driver issues? Maybe the admins can advise further.
You may have an option in firmware/BIOS to force use of an iGPU when there is a dGPU installed like yours. However, it’s possible that installed proprietary NVidia drivers may thwart loading of iGPU drivers so that iGPU drivers would need to be either manually loaded, or blocked from loading (thus forcing removal of the dGPU, and possibly regenerating initrd(s)}.
I cannot physically remove the graphics card. I removed the drivers. It’s connected to the integrated graphics card. Buy h d mi. It shows the console thing. But when I try to start x it won’t work. It’s still looking for the nvidia driver. I thought I could block the driver by putting !NVIDIA in modprobe configuration file but that didn’t work. I reran dracut. But no dice. How i blocked the nvidia kernel module?
I’m using the integrated graphics card. But when I typed start x it complains about nvidia in the x org log
You need to provide some details…

zypper se -si nvidia
ls -l /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/
There should be no need to blacklist the NVIDIA driver, but may need to ensure that any old NVIDIA-specific Xorg configuration has been removed though.
I blacklisted the module and the mod probe, and ran dracut and same issue
lol. sorry. i totally forgot about the xorg config. now im back in x. but im going to do a fresh install anyway. i have the amd 7950x cpu.
