Need for new public porject category

Hi All,

I’ve developped a Qt4 application for aerodynamic analysis XFLR5 | Free Science & Engineering software downloads at SourceForge.net which is ready for release. The rpm package is now built by OBS.
I’m not quite sure how to proceed with the next step. For former releases I’ve put the rpm package directly in the sourceforge file download section, but it would be better to place it in some OpenSuse repository to make it available directly with yast.
The question is, how do I request the creation of a project “Application/Engineering” where the program would fit nicely, and how do I submit the package ?

Hi
Just submit to the science repository? If your wanting to add to the
distribution, then you need to have a read here;
http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:How_to_contribute_to_Factory

You could use the science repository as your ‘devel’ repository.
