Why do you need a rpm for a java program which is available as a single
executable jar file?
Just download
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jsampler/files/Fantasia/Fantasia%200.9/Fantasia-0.9.jar/download
and save it to where you want, then start it with


java -jar Fantasia-0.9.jar

that’s it.
