Your Tumbleweed is nearly half a year old.
You should upgrade your Tumbleweed before doing anything else, and unless you have a special reason not to do so, you should continue to upgrade regularly as part of your ordinary maintenance. I’ve personally found that the longer you wait between upgrades, the greater chance you will have problems (I’ve sometimes thrown away installs that can’t upgrade after >9mths, they’re more trouble to troubleshoot then to rebuild)
To upgrade Tumbleweed, run the following in an elevated console
zypper dup
Then, try again whatever you wish.
