Nas Storage mounting issue in our sap hana server

nfs suddenly unmounted in our sap server , after that we tried its showing Protocol Not Supported, Open suse

From your problem description it is unclear to me where openSUSE comes into play (except that the the words “Open suse” are in there), let alone what version of openSUSE this is about (you choose “other” as tag when you were asked to povide it).

In other words – either the NFS Server (a SAP HANA Cloud → <SAP HANA Cloud> changed the NFS Server export settings or, the openSUSE NFS Client changed the NFS mount settings.

Are you certain that, the administrators of the SAP Server haven’t upgraded and/or changed anything?

Does the SAP Server still support the NFS protocol?
