openSUSE 12.3 (x86_64) Kernel 3.7.10-1.1-desktop
up 5:05, 3 users, load average: 0.38, 0.24, 0.17
CPU Intel® i5 CPU M520@2.40GHz | GPU Intel® Arrandale
English - not my first language.
On your link everything is difficult and controversial, besides, I have not a lawyer.
I think that I cant use OpenSuse/Suse and that I will should create the distribution from scratch.

You can very well do this using suse studio
Example:-
Cr OS Linux – SUSE Gallery
You can browse(Browse published appliances – SUSE Gallery) and use testdrive to see them work
My first language is russian.
And here my topics in Ubuntu forums:

Script to delite all trademarked material
