My laptop's speakers aren't in the list for audio outputs

I have a Huawei Matepad D15 i5 11th gen and I dual boot Opensuse with it, I had Opensuse before but I decided to wipe the machine and reinstalled it. When I checked for output devices it picked up only my monitors output but the monitor I have doesn’t even have speakers. Is there a fix for my laptops speaker output?

Which tools do you use to check for output devices?

I just opened the sound icon on the bottom right

And what happens when you open the settings from there? You should be able to switch to stereo output or something like that and the output may appear.

Still, there is no option for my laptop speakers.

It seems that when I clicked on show inactive devices my speakers show up.

After selecting my speakers it works.
