My desktop after update kernel the displey is in 640x480.

My desktop after update kernel the displey is in 640x480.
My sistem is: openSUSE 13.1 KDE 64bit - Kernel 3.12.53-40-desktop

With command xrandr I get:

“xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Screen 0: minimum 640 x 480, current 640 x 480, maximum 640 x 480
default connected primary 640x480+0+0 0mm x 0mm
640x480 73.0*”

I use Nvidia drivers:

nvidia-gfxG03-kmp-desktop,
nvidia-uvm-gfxG03-kmp-desktop,
x11-video-nvidiaG03,
nvidia-glG03,
nvidia-computeG03

Help me please!

Thank you!

PS. I don’t update the Nvidia drivers.

The problem is solved by update the nvidia drivers.

Thank you!

the nvidia driver will not work with an updated kernel, how did yu update the kernel, how did you install the nvidia driver the easy or the hard way, 13.1 is Evergreen and still supported and you can get nvidia drivers from the nvidia repo
ftp://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/13.1/
