Mutter on Xfce.

Hi,
I replace xfwm4 with mutter in xfce.
Now I am missing the minimize and maximize button. The only button in the title bar is the close button.
The only way I can do to maximize or minimize is to
right click the window buttons of the open application in the xfce4-panel where those options are present.
Is there a way to add those missing buttons in the window title bar.
Also when I use mutter there are 4 workspace I only need 2 but I can’t remove the remaining two work spaces.

I saw gnome-tweak tool can customize, but installing it will require more additional packages.
I’ll just keep it that way. Regarding the work spaces, I solve it using dconf-editor.
