Multitouch display support in opensuse 12.2?

I have Dell ST2220t and i installed opensuse 12.2, but i can only move my cursor via touchscreen and there is no right-click.

The device functions as a mouse; KDE configuration does not recognise it as a touchpad. Simple one-touch clicking is difficult, because a movement by very few pixels is interpreted as drag-drop. This can be adjusted in the KDE configuration module, but then applies to all pointers, incl. VNC, etc. Resolution had been adjusted from 1920x1080 to 720x480, this improves usability somewhat.

Any advice, anyone??
