You have to extract the archive
Place the file/s you have in a new directory, on their own (There are 2 files you need to download)
Right click it and extract here…
There is a video guide here: MMP2008HowTODivx.zip

This is the download link of the MMP:
Part 1
MMP2011-114-32bit-v2-Part1.tar.gz
Part 2

I have to run out now
You need to create a local repo and add that in Yast > Software > Repos
Disable the online repos too

I will download the part1 soon.i disabled online repositories already.should i install all packages from part1 and part2?
You need to follow the guide instructions to create a local repo
It might be difficult for you to understand and I have never used it, so I don’t know the contents of the archives you have downloded.
But I guess, you need to put everything in a top directory, call it what you will and then the contents of the archives in that.
Then add the top directory as the local repo.
You will need the DVD enabled too, you can use that as a .iso rather than having a DVD in the drive all the time.
Then if you install the packages that are included in this pic:
gnome
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/10573557/one_click_mmedia/oneclick_install_gnome/gnome4.png
kde:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/10573557/SUSE%20Misc/kde-oneclick.png
That should give you the basics. Then you can just browse software management to add other stuff
It just occurred to me, and it’s not clear from the directions, that you may need to create 2 local repos, one for each of part 1 and part 2
Perhaps you can post a picture of the contents of both part 1 and part 2, so I can see the files in each

shall i download the part1?can we do that(installing multimedia codecs) with only part2?
As I understand it, you will need both parts 1 and 2.
I wanted to see the folder contents not the repo view. But never mind, it looks to me like you will need to add part 1 and part 2 as individual repos.
But tell you what, let me see your repo list now:
