Thank you. I just want to ask one more question: In mu list od Repositories, I have pacman, but not enabled. Is it reason of my preoblem with mp4?
You should of course have an enabled Packman repo. The URL of the repo should have either 15.6 or $releasever somewhere so that you get the correct versions. It should also have autorefresh on.
And then do the Vendor scwitch:
YaST > Software Management, then from the View menu choose Repositories. Then in the list of repos, select Packman. At right, above the list of Packages there is a line saying something like: Switch system packages to … Click on the underlined part and continue low-right.
Or it can be done:
zypper dup --from <Packman>
where you have to replace by the Alias or Name of the Packman repo as defined in your system.
There is nothing against repeating this if in doubt if it is done before.
BTW, this is not different from earlier versions of openSUSE for years on end.

I realy have no idea how this Repo did not be enabled. I think system does it automatically. But, what is important - problem fixed. Thank all of you for help me.
If you wish to use it, you must employ and enable it. It is not a system default. It is not provided by openSUSE.
