Does anyone know of a keyboard that displays the characters of a selected language, perhaps by small LCD’s on the keys?
sounds like a keyboard that hasn’t been designed…yet.

Yes, there is such a keybaord.
It has litle display (a few pixels) on each key. Appart from classic
keyboard layouts, you can also have icons in it. Handy for games and such.
