MS' Manager: We Copied the Mac OS X Look-and-Feel

One of the things that people say an awful lot about the Apple Mac is that the OS is fantastic, that it’s very graphical and easy to use. What we’ve tried to do with Windows 7 – whether it’s traditional format or in a touch format – is create a Mac look and feel in terms of graphics. We’ve significantly improved the graphical user interface, but it’s built on that very stable core Vista technology, which is far more stable than the current Mac platform, for instance.

Put some lipstick on a pig (aka Win Fista/7) and it’ll still be a pig lol!

Also, this “manager” is blatantly lying. When was Windows ever more stable than a UNIX like OS X?

i just put it on my facebook page…

We have Windows Vista at work and it would be interesting to come up with some numbers on the failure rate there. My guess would be at least 5% blue screens or forced reboots daily. All of the hard drives in the computer lab were re-imaged yesterday (200+ stations) due mainly to accumulation of spyware. “Stable Vista technology?” LOL!

I love his humour :stuck_out_tongue:

Maybe even a flying pig…

Too heavy for it to fly, looking at the HW requirements lol!
