mpv install - nothing provides libSPIRV

new install of tumbleweed on a system today.
All up to date now . . .
Trying to install smplayer/mpv but getting the following

zypper install -f smplayer
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
Forcing installation of 'smplayer-19.10.0-1.1.x86_64' from repository 'openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss'.
Resolving package dependencies...

Problem: nothing provides libSPIRV-Tools-opt.so.suse13()(64bit) needed by libshaderc_shared1-2019.0-1.6.x86_64
 Solution 1: do not install smplayer-19.10.0-1.1.x86_64
 Solution 2: break libshaderc_shared1-2019.0-1.6.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
