MPEG Transport Stream (*.ts) media files and get_iplayer

I’ve installed get_iplayer from github rather than use the openSUSE repos after I had problems in the past.
Currently all video files are downloading as .ts (MPEG Transport Stream) files and get_iplayer fails converting them to MP4.
Since this same github install works without problems on a Raspberry Pi I’m guessing that I’m missing one or more libs on my openSUSE system. Does anyone have any idea which libraries or packages I have to install to convert .ts to .mp4?

I’ll try installing it but the only extra lib it installs (Dependencies) is libdav1d3 (AV1 decoder)
