mp3 files not playing in suse11.1

i’m a new user to linux.i can’t play mp3,divx,mpeg,flash etc files.my system says that unknown format,no plugins,no streamer what i do

   Also i can,t eject my pendrive there is no unmount option

go to the get software part of this website and do a one click install of vlc player through yast.
