b)Is it possible to view the bitrate of the file at playback time using amarok ? Xmms can do that… Any suggestions plz?
You want to view the current bitrate at the moment of playing of mp3’s with variable bitrate? Think that’s mostly (only?) available in xmms and players based on it.
Don’t think Amarok can do that, you can however rightclick / “edit track” and see what I guesss is either the static bitrate or the avarage bitrate.
In JuK you can select
View > Columns > Bitrate
