Yes, files under OBS usually provide “repomd.xml.asc” and “repomd.xml.key”.
To me something similar happend, from one day to the other the mozilla repo wanted to add another key (or how is it called?). I use openSUSE 11.1 and Firefox 3.5. Maybe it was the same problem? Now everything seems to work normal again (I didn’t accept the new key). I also use the mirror download.opensuse.org .
