.mov File Plays Upside Down With Kaffeine!

I am using openSUSE 13.1 (64-bit) with KDE 4.11.5 as the desktop environment.

Somebody sent me a .mov file but when I run it through Kaffeine 1.2.2 it plays upside down! How do I get Kaffeine to flip the frames by 180 degrees?

PS: No, I cannot get whoever sent me the file to re-record the video correctly!!

Seen this before with stuff sent from iPads
If you upload it to youtube you can convert it permanently and then
download it again.

But you can use vlc and use the settings to change it’s orientation

Yes, the video was sent from an iPad.
I get the following error when trying to play the video with vlc:

No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format “mp4a”. Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.

I guess I will have to use the YouTube way…

Install “vlc-codecs”.
