mouse is inactivated after a random delay

opengl 2.0 , native
graphical adapter : intel HD Graphic 4600

after a random delay :

  • mouse cursor does not move
  • no effect when using buttons or wheel

no problem with keyboard
i must start again opensuse

i try without success to inactivate :

  • all desktop effects
  • color correction
    i plug the mouse to another usb plug with no success

recently i went back home after 2 months (January and February).
there were many updates :

  • kernel to 3.11.34
  • X server
  • udev

if i unplug then plug the mouse i get a working mouse.

after several unplugings and plugings there is no more problem.

it seems it was an electrical problem .
