Mouse - How to reload / re-detect after boot

Hi all.

I’m running Suse 10.2 (yeah I know I need to upgrade, but finding time to d/l the DVD isn’t easy).

Situation:
I have a KVM connected on my 2 pc’s.

  1. PC #1 is rebooted.
  2. During reboot, the KVM is switched to view/use PC #2.
  3. When PC#1 finishes rebooting the mouse acts “odd”. Scroll wheel doesn’t function properly, etc…

Is there a way to re-detect the mouse via command line? Right now, my only answer is a second reboot. There has to be a better way :slight_smile:
