hi all,
in the desktop theme settings i’m trying to set up mouse cursor theme (under customize->(tab)Pointer). normally (talking from past experiences here) choosing different pointer would immediately change mouse theme.
now, no matter which theme i choose for my mouse pointer it stays on default.
anyone experiencing this issue? and how it can be helped?
I don’t think so that it would be an issue. Changing mouse theme requires restarting the X11 also. (We are talking about KDE4, right?)
no gnome (sorry i should have mention that before).
and as long as i know you do not need to restart x11 in gnome for such things (and besides even after restart nothings changed)
Don’t know, never used Gnome. In KDE(3) you must to restart the X.
