I searched the forums for mouse cursers in opensuse 12 and couldnt find anything on it,so I ask How do I add or change mouse cursers in os 12?I would like a larger mouser curser and maybe some settings if possible.

If you’re using KDE 4.x you can change your cursor theme.
Go to System Settings > Keyboard & Mouse > Mouse.
Click on the Cursor Theme tab and choose a theme.
You can download more themes from KDE-look.org.
Go back to the cursor settings and click on Install New Theme.
Browse to the downloaded file. And you’re done.
