Hi,
We have remote disks behind an NFS gateway (whatever that is) which I am trying to mount. Does anyone know how to do this? There is no host per se, just a path:
/path/to/remote/disk/
/jlar

Another guy here has Ubuntu and he can access the drive I am trying to access. He said to do the following:
Make sure you install nfs-common and autofs packages. Then edit /etc/auto.master and uncomment the line containing auto.net.
You then should be able to access the drive
auto.master does not contain a line called auto.net on OpenSuse
When I try to connect I get prompted for the user name and password but it won’t accept the credentials even though I know they are correct.
