It is new created user can not mount two extra partitions on the same internal hard disk, where is installed Open Suse. These extra partition have different file system ntfs and ext3.
The notification is: “Not Authorized: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: Action org.freedesktop.udisks.filesystem-mount-system-internal is not registered”

P. S. More surprising the root also can not mount thesewith same notification.

Did you try to mount it via the partitioner in Yast? Thats what i do
since its easier.
