MonoGame

Has anyone gotten monogame to work? I cannot find anything about installing it on opensuse. Theres only a package for ubuntu for it. Ive been googling for hours and i am at a complete loss. I had it working on linux mint 14 before i switched so it has to be possible to get it to work in opensuse. ive gotten monodevlop and the monogame add in working but thats different somehow, i honestly dont even know much monogame other than i cant seem to get it installed.

Completely unfamiliar with monogame, but maybe this helps: software.opensuse.org: Search
There’s one package called mono-complete, where the info states it contains everything built from the mono source tree

Did you try
MonoGame 3.0.1 for MonoDevelop 3.0
after installing software.opensuse.org: ?

yes i did try using the monogame libraries for monodevelop, but that is for porting your own games, not creating an installation (at least to my knowledge) and i cant find any information on compiling an installer from source, i already pulled the source from git. theres a ppa for ubuntu that has the monogame installation in it which is frustrating me lol

Probably because you didn’t install it, at a guess. You’ll have to
provide more information if you want some help.

That doesn’t actually answer the question I asked you. You said you were
having trouble installing a game, but failed to provide any details about
the problem, the release of openSUSE, the hardware, or anything.

Which is kinda odd - if you want help, you need to provide details.
We’re not psychics here.
