Has anyone installed ‘mondo rescue’ for opensuse 11.4 on 12.2? I am curious as to whether it might work.

I have found the folks at Mondo to be very responsive to feedback. You may want to email them directly and wait for the build to show up. If you file a bug report there, you most certainly will get a reply.
Edit: I see the build for 12.1 is already on the site. It may work but I would email them and get one for 12.2.http://www.mondorescue.org/
Along with the build for 12.1 on the website I received this today.
