hello.i have suse 10.3 on my computer, and i’ve installed the recommended kernel updates, then my start menu just disappeared.I’m new in linux so i don’t know what to do.please, could anybody help me?thanks
which desktop are you using, gnome, kde 3 or kde 4? or another?
in system install I chose KDE3 so i think it is still KDE3.
Right click to the Panel -> Add Applet -> Type into the search box: k menu -> press the [Add to Panel] button.
ps.: On right click (to the K Menu) you’ll get additional options like move/remove/switch style, etc.
it’s name was KDE menu, but i found it thank you very much.
