Knock on wood, but it is working for me:

You might actually inquire with nvidia. It’s their site.
The issue is being looked at: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1175968
To clarify, the above is for an issue you would have encountered if you tried to use the nvidia repository for 15.1/15.2 or Tumbleweed.
The ability to browse the contents of the repository is not covered by the above and there is confusion as to whether its always been un-browseable or not. This old thread mentions it as a known issue / limitation: https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2017-08/msg00397.html

Yes, it was browseable a week ago, now in saying that the rest of the site is browseable, why only the openSUSE and SLE repositories…
