Just when one thinks one has the whole thing licked then the mouse cursor disappears… this seems to be a Linux issue. Is there an easy way to troubleshoot this? I have tried resetting the theme and the cursor theme. The cursor is there moving around it’s just one can’t see it!! OMG!
This happens to me on one computer, using the nouveau graphics driver. Installing the nvidia driver eliminated the problem.
If I want to stick with nouveau, then I go to the KDE power settings and tell it to never switch off the monitor. That also solves the problem.
