Missing libva.so.2 and guvcview

I have installed the video recorder guvcview-qt5 on my Tumbleweed system.

When I run it I get the error that the library libva.so.2 is missing.

I have searched Google and these forums and can find no reference to this library.

Does anyone know were I can find it?
