Where did you get this RPM? Try installing acroread.

Nest time when You want to check if this is available with the repository use as root :
YaST --qt

then when searching put the needed file and tick “RPM provides” and “File list”
That makes it easier a bit

YaST --qt only opens the cli version.
Better to launch it via kicker.

CLI? Why is it running normal version with me? Either on Gnome or KDE? You mean you have the yast2-qt and yast2-qt-pkg installed right? Because that command takes me to graphical yast.
