Missing "Application Launch Feedback" in KDE System Setting

Installed TumbleWeed today, but the “Launch Feedback” is missing from the KDE System Setting. It used to be found in System Setting → Application → Launch Feedback. Following is the screenshot.

Use the search function of systemsettings5. It changed with Plasma 5.27 amd is now under Appearance > Cursors
