I installed open suse 11.1 and sles 10.2 I am trying to add a user to the adm group. I dont see one…
What is the equivalent adm group on Suse?
what are you trying to accomplish?
give a normal user administrative powers? or what?
i know my question might be stupid to you, but i’ve never seen SLES or
its groups…what does the adm group on SLES do?
maybe you have to add the group, set up its permissions and then add
users… can do all of that in YaST > Security Users > Group Management
then assign those users you wish to the new group…
