minolta 2300w will not install

dear Unix experts
I have been trying to install the Minolta 2300w printer PPD file in opensuse 10.1. Cups software is responding as “CUPS server could not respond”. Does anyone know what I have to do?

Thanks for providing this link to the database of linux printer drivers. I downloaded the 2300w driver in PPD format but CUPS does mot respond. The printer is loaded in the writer menu but it won’t print. Any other think I can do?
