ALT-CTRL-D will minimize all windows, and pressing again will return all to
desktop.
The hotkey can be changed (or Win-M can be added) in KDE Control Center
(Personal Settings), Regional & Accessibility, Keyboard Shortcuts, Shortcut
Schemes tab, about 2/3 way down in ‘Panel’ section.

Well drat!!
Have you looked in the Control Center Keyboard-Shortcuts? The KDE3 hotkey is
listed as ‘toggle showing desktop’. There’s likely a similar entry in the
KDE4 system, and you could bind your WIN-M to that. Have a look.
