Mini Player Plasmoid

Is there somebody able to make the Mini Player plasmoid and the Media Player plasmoid work properly?
I have only sound, no video at all. There is also a bug report on bugs.kde.org (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=191696), but there’s still no solution available.

KDE4.3.1 on openSUSE 11.1 64-bit.
