Milter (milter-amavis): local socket name /var/run/clamav/clamav-milter-socket unsafe

I am getting this error since installing the latest patches for 15.6. socket permissions appear to be OK.

There is not a milter-greylist package in leaps 15.6, or if there is, it is part of Amavis which is fully installed. I had already seen this post before. This is not a new install, I had this server running for years without this error until I patched it yesterday.
