Nope, it’s Ylmf OS – an Ubuntu Linux-based operating system that looks almost exactly like XP.

Doesn’t look like XP to me. Not even close.

I should mention I dug a little deeper and based my opinion on

Once you get past the startup screens, it has a very Linux like look to it.
Even references Nautilus and Wine fairly prominently. I don’t think you’d
dupe someone much more than about 30 seconds.
