micro sd card not detected

I have motorola EX 115 phone with 4gb transcend micro sd card. When i connect it to my acer laptop 4710z having opensuse 12.2, card is not detected.
Which driver i need to install to access it ? it was working fine with previous versions of opensuse and this works perfectly in ubuntu, fedora and windows.
But i like opensuse most. so any one help me to solve this problem.

I have a cheap card reader and i plug in my card into it. Then i use the card reader like a USB drive and move data.

Check in the shell with ‘dmesg’ if it properly detected.

Why is is that my Transcend micro SD card can´t be open in my acer laptop, what do i need to download to be able to access on this?

Hi
Welcome to the forum :slight_smile: It’s normally best to start a new thread rather
than jumping on an old thread :wink:

Can you identify the device via the command line with;

/sbin/lspci -n |grep SD
