I just wish to ask why my Real Memory which is 1.97GB total…each day shows more used…now it shows 1.07GB used
I’m running just simple web server with couple of web pages and mail server… Will I have to add more RAM to my box…?
Virtual memory shows 2.01G total, 16.15 MB used…?
Will my server start working slower in the future, will memory fix itself…?

You are confusing with the way Windows manages memory.
In linux, anything that is charged into memory at one point (programs,
data), is not cleared from memory when you stop using it.
Instead, it’s kept in memory, just in case you want to load the same again.
This saves time in loading of programs and data.
Your PC’s memory will fill up completely after a while. But when Linux needs
more memory, the oldest data is removed to make place for the new.
This is a simplyfied overview, of course. For more details you should search
the forums. The subject comes up at regular intervals.
About the swap: 16 MB is nothing. Might as well say 0.
