I am new to open suse and have trouble getting on line I think I need a driver for my medialink wireless-N usb 2.0 adapter. It comes with a cd with drivers in it I just do not know how to install or use them.

I am running open suse 12.2 with KDE desktop on a dell dimension 4700 desktop computer with a pentuim 4 processor with 512mb of ram. The output for lsusb was Bus 001 Device 005:ID 148f:3070 Ralink Technology, corp. RT2870/RT3070 wireless Adapter. The output for ip addr was :
