We just downloaded both the New 12.3 Beta 1 and the Addons disc. Neither MD5 sum was correct. Anyone else have this problem??
Thanks,
Chuck

md5sum of my download of beta1 gave:
428b897052bd95578dc0961e6a195083 openSUSE-DVD-Build0348-i586.iso
OpenSuSE website http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.3-Beta1/iso/openSUSE-DVD-Build0348-i586.iso.md5 reports it should be:
525e64278846c227bdb520232de3b1d1 openSUSE-DVD-Build0348-i586.iso
Appears similar to milestone 1 problem.

Howard
Mine were for the 64-bit system and were:
for the Main Disc:
406d6c0761acc626cab650b6e332aba9
which was supposed to be:
a50f39a15ab881a83943085543088818
========================================
for the Addons we got:
f7d1e70c6aeb6a1dfe7f48a9dae79d2b
which was supposed to be:
e403735a6758e90a496f520ede60b517
Thanks,

Same with openSUSE-DVD-Build0348-x86_64.iso
and openSUSE-NET-Build0348-x86_64.iso
openSUSE-DVD-Build0348-x86_64.iso contains no finnish localisation
files. Now I begin testing with openSUSE-NET-Build0348-x86_64.iso

That’s what I get from my download. And I did check the pgp signature, which verified.
On the download page, if I click the option for the list of mirrors, I also see that md5sum on the page.
It seems that somebody is doing something wrong to generate that file.e

Thanks for mentioning the pgp match, and the other md5sum.
I installed with the iso, and it went correctly.
The network printer installed with hplip, but something is not yet working right for me with samba - still checking.

That’s the md5 I got with my 64 bit dvd download. I downloaded again just to be sure. The installation was fine.
