I don’t know where to post this question so I asked my Grandson to select the correct section and this is the one he chose.
I have downloaded OpenSuse 11.2 3 times and the Checksum does not match on any of them.
Can someone please reply with what the correct code should be because I suspect that the one on the website may be incorrect.

Which are you downloading 64bit/32bit the live CD KDE/Gnome or the DVD
each has a different checksum.
The values on the web are correct for the selected download.

And along with that, how are you downloading? If you download with a tool
that downloads poorly then you could be trying something which cannot
work. For example, IE has issues with large files. Firefox works for any
version created in the last few years so give that a try.

have you finally found the right checksum? Had the same issue here. Downloaded openSUSE-11.2-DVD-x86_64.iso with direct link in firefox. checking with md5deep, I got a wrong checksum.
Downloaded again with torrent and now the checksum is ok rotfl! ( http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.2/iso/openSUSE-11.2-DVD-x86_64.iso.md5 )
