Max number of sound streams (Firefox/Plasma/Pulse)

I am doing an online course and it has a lot of embedded sounds clips (from soundcloud) and after having a few pages open in Firefox new clips stop playing.
I figured out that it happens after 34 clips have been played, in Plasma there are 34 entries for Firefox in the application streams list, see screenshot:

I am not sure if this is

  1. a settings in Pulse somewhere ?
  2. a settings in Plasma somewhere ?
  3. a settings in Firefox somewhere ?
  4. a simple max (hardware wise) that can’t be changed

Any idea where to look to increase this ?
